1. **Reservation Process**: To reserve a vehicle, please visit our website www.starrentalcar-tonga.com or email rentals.tonga@gmail.com or contact us +676 7746630 or +676 8602141. Reservations can be made online with a valid credit card. Please ensure that all details entered, including dates, times, and vehicle choices, are accurate.

2. **Age Requirements**: All drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Drivers under the age of 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. We require proof of age at the time of vehicle pick-up.

3. **Required Documentation**: Upon arriving to collect your rental vehicle, please present a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and, if applicable, an international driving permit. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. **Payment Policies**: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise. We accept major credit cards. A hold will be placed on your card for the estimated rental charges plus any applicable deposit/Bond. The hold will be released upon vehicle return, subject to inspection.

5. **Modification and Cancellation Policy**: Should you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, we request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. Modifications to your booking may result in changes to the rental rate depending on availability.

6. **Pick-up and Drop-off Procedures**: Our rental locations will be open during specified hours. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For returns, please ensure the vehicle is brought back to the same location as per your agreement.

7. **Fuel Policy**: We operate a full-to-full fuel policy, which means you will receive the vehicle with a full tank of gas and should return it with a full tank. Failing to do so will incur additional charges.

8. **Insurance Options**: We highly recommend purchasing insurance coverage for your rental. Standard coverage is available to protect against damages and liabilities. You may also contact your personal insurance provider to see if they offer coverage that extends to rental vehicles.
